Reservations
Reservations are accepted online (by clicking the Buy Online Now buttons above) or over the phone. Phone reservations can be made by calling 412-761-7000 or 800-342-2349, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Have your credit card ready when calling.
You must make your reservation before the specified cutoff to receive the discounted Advance Purchase Fare. Reservations are accepted over the phone after the Advance Purchase cutoff, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and are charged at the Standard Fare or Walkup on day of service (see below).

Walkups
You may travel without an advance reservation by paying the Standard Fare directly to the driver by credit card only (subject to seat availability).
Methods of Payment
Credit Cards ONLY. Drivers DO NOT accept cash from walkup customers.
Luggage & Personal Items
One suitcase and two carry on are permitted per person.
Refunds & Exchanges
No refunds or credits will be given. A reservation may be changed to another date, by phone, with notice of three business days. If service is cancelled due to severe weather and/or road closures, you may choose to receive a refund or change your reservation to another date.
